Mixed experience. Doesn't worth 5k. Pros The hotel room was good and the location was excellent. Cons The lady receptionist was rude. She even asked us - Did you take anything from the room? Hotel Management should teach her how to treat customers.

I had a delightful experience at the veg hotel. The menu offered a diverse range of delicious vegetarian dishes. The staff was attentive and accommodating, ensuring a comfortable dining environment. The ambiance was soothing, making it a perfect spot for both casual meals and special occasions. I would gladly return for more flavorful vegetarian options.

I attended a business meeting so found the decor and service good. Washrooms need to be renovated and kept clean and odour free

Excellent staffs. From front desk to every service person. Very polite and helpful. Well appointed rooms - I stayed in their Deluxe category rooms. They are specious, comes with a writing table, a dinner table, wardrobe, mini bar and a TV with very less channels :) Bathrooms are bit small, but okay. Excellent food taste, quality & quantity. Has a swimming pool at Hotel 1st floor. Has a fitness centre, though I haven't visited it. Location - is a mixed reaction, it's on the extremely busy MG Road. Heart of old downtown Pune...but quite far from the newly developed areas.

Jewellery + cash Robbery in our room . Pathetic management refusing even acknowledge the robbery. Suggest to not come here if you value your belongings . Management doesn't care and ran away refusing to show their faces day after jewellery robbery . Shame on such people who run the hospitality sector . Go learn some basic human communication first then run a hotel . Special mention Mr Ashley (general manager ) and MrArora who gave no f*^*ks and ran away . Good job . People run away from this pathetic hotel

I stayed for three months in this PG. I found this PG safe, friendly staff, convenient location. They maintain the hygien. They provide good quality food and other amanities. I will recommend to them who are looking for PG near to railway station. I thought I will stay for one month but I found it so comfortable and homely that I stayed more and left because of my transfer to new location.
