Boasting a 4.9 rating on gmaps, higher than the Ritz Carlton, I have to admit my expectations were high. The fake reviews reveal a culture of smoke and mirrors perpetrated by this hotel. The pictures and reviews are all an illusion. The hotel shows it's age in every corner. Black marks creep up the wall from the baseboards, various holes and stains scatter the bedding, and the wooden furniture is layered with dust. The list goes on. I found it quite funny that they have a "no outside food" rule. There are many ways in which a hotel can attract customers to its restaurant. They could host events, improve the quality of their food, and/or decrease their costs to pass along savings to customers. In true Hotel Aura Grand fashion, they simply barred all competition. Are you recognizing a pattern with the way this hotel does business? While overall kind, service was not efficient. Some requests were simply ignored, while others, like a request for more toilet paper, took over 2 hours. I thought long and hard for something that wasn't atrocious about this hotel that I could share with you. The only thing I could think of is that the staff are generally friendly, though very forgetful. If you respect yourself and don't want to support con-artists, find another hotel.

Cons: The rooms had a moldy smell. The bedspreads had a layer of dust on them. There was barely space to walk around with random furniture placed in weird places in the room. The hallways were extremely musty and hot during the day. Restaurant area was quite dingy with a terrible smell. Pros: Food was very tasty from the restaurant. We had pulao and dal. Room service was really good. Rooms if better organized and clean would be really good.

I would like to express some concerns in a constructive manner. Firstly, the condition of our room was not up to our expectations. We noticed an unpleasant odour, which made our stay uncomfortable. Cleanliness is of utmost importance to us as guests, and we were disappointed by the state of the room. Additionally, we encountered some issues with the staff's communication and manners. We believe that respectful and professional interactions with guests are essential in creating a positive experience. Regrettably, our interactions fell short of our expectations in this regard. Furthermore, we encountered difficulties with our reservation. Despite having booked a room at your hotel, we had to change our accommodation due to the issues mentioned above. However, we were surprised to find that our request for a refund was not honoured. It would have been greatly appreciated if our concerns were acknowledged and appropriate measures were taken.

The reviews are definitely fake. The shower gels and shampoos were reused, all they did was put a little soap and water. You can see what I mean when you look at it. The room were average. But not clean. I felt dusty even after showering. There were tiny bugs on the bed and fruitflies around the room. The employees at the front were nice but not helpful. Honestly wouldn't come back here ever again. This hotel truly doesn't deserve the 4.9 stars that they have with the fake reviews.

Food quality is awesome.also the entire staff from restaurant and reception side is very helpful and polite.Everything was good satisfied excellent service.Rooms are clean and service is great. It was so wonderful.Keep it up team!!!

Rooms are well equipped and maintained. Friendly and helpful staff.looking back to be there soon again.we had excellent experience. The location of the hotel is very good.

The rooms and bathroom are good.. only if you go by pictures or at the first look. Once you start your stay, you will realise... it has basics missing. they don't provide room/bathroom sleepers, doormat kept is very dirty (we asked for both, but didn't received replacement), kettle was not working(got replaced), fridge was not working, no space to put your luggage properly.. almirahs have very less depth. we literally kept our bags on bed mostly. Also the toiletries provided.. are packed nicely.. but has basic nyle shampoo in it.. ruined my hair completely. They are cheaters.. they have poor quality products. On the top.. the breakfast menu is so bad.. we had to skip our breakfast n dinner which we pre-booked.. because of poor food quality. We had to eat outside.. breakfast is atleast something a guest looks upto.. for convenience.
