I recently stayed at Atlantis, the Palm and had an amazing experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable vacation.
Rooms are neat and clean. No lift was there coz only 1 floor was there. So boy is helping with our luggage. Response is good.

Very rude reception old man . We were just 5 mins late past check out time he treated us very badly and told us to clear immediately. He told he will keep our luggage outside if we come late even for 1 minute past checkout .
