The hotel located in central part of city with just around 1.3km distance from railway station, I've given rating to the hotel as per my experience as per price segment of restaurant (out of 5). Price : Rs Cleanliness of place : Service : Food taste : (meals not available at all time but snacks, tea coffee can be ordered any time. There's no restriction to order onlin food.) Ambience : Parking : Available seperate space for 4 wheelers and 2 wheelers Toiletries : toilet and bathroom were clean enough with na exhaust fan. Hot nnd cold water available in shower. Hotel provided basic things like towel and soaps. Room comfort : AC was working good, the beds were comfortable nnd room had enough lighting. Only thing I made as remark is hangers should have been provided in bathrooms to put wet towels on it for drying as we were putting on the cupboard doors. Crew response : whole crew were respectful and polite. Mr. Rajat Sharma was outstanding guide. Even he knew the time table of trains too. All the staff was friendly and ready to help. Overall the hotel stay was good and as per price the rooms were very comfortable Service was fast and working crew was respectful. We never had nay issue related to hotel at lal during our 3 days stay.
Very bad experience, their washroom did not had option to close window as it was broken ,also flush was not working ,they aslo denied to change bedsheet in the night not at all supported, they are not at all focused on their guests, strongly recommended not to book here..

Had lunch here. The restaurant is very clean and the ambience is good. Menu is perfect. We ordered special Thali which tastes good. The quality and the quantity is the best here at very reasonable price. The food is very hygienic. Suitable for family and friends. Service is also very good. Will visit again and again....
