Room is not that great with respect to the cost. Room size is too small for 2 people. Very little space left. Wallpaper are tearing off. Room service is okay. They gave us the first room where ac was not working. Then shifted to the other room. Only good thing was the breakfast and the hotel location.
I don't know why people are giving negative reviews here for this hotel .. my experience in this hotel was really good...I went there for my exam and this manager and the other staff was so helping and cooperative.. best hotel i have ever visited in this price.. They provided us complementary breakfast which was very tasty.. I'm fully satisfied with their service.
Nice Economy hotel for the budget specific people. Food is decent. You can go out for a walk as places all around are lively due to the railway station near by. You can hear train horns and that might disturb ur sleep at night. Close to the railway station and main road for easy excess to all near by places.
Very nice hotel i with my 2 friends stay there for 1 day. My Room and bathroom was neat and clean. The room service and kitchen service is fast and most important location it was close to railway station ( walking distance) it doesnot mean there is problem for there was huge parking space and lastly price of room was also in our buget we 3 also searched other hotels but of no use.
Rooms are ok but needs renovation.
Hotal cleanliness is not good. When I enter in Room bed sheet is ripped off and very dirty. Wallpaper theam is very bad. There is Comprise with your privacy. Anyone can see inside your room anytime from window.
Pros 1) Very near to station 2) Clean rooms 3) Power backup 4) Good interior and furniture Cons 1) No hot water to bath after 10 Even though in morning we get only warm water. 2) Lunch is available only after 2.30 or 3.00 pm 3) Menu card contains 50 food items but only 2 to 3 are actually available. 4) Check out is at 12 even though you come at 4.30 am 5) Room lock does not work 6) You get unsealed mineral water bottle for drinking. 7) Non cooperative staff.
Situated in a.good location..Nearby the market place where you can find any kind of food, things or transport..Just beside Saharanpur railway station and Saharanpur bus Depot....Great Experience..Room was awesome along with staff behavior...
