The location and the hotel atmosphere is great. Food from restaurant is also good. Rooms are well maintained however small in size. The only issue with the hotel is communication with all room service and reception staffs. They will make you repeat orders, keep ringing phone and doorbell to confirm things as if they have a short term memory loss, ask you odd questions while ordering or asking for any service. The staffs at restaurant are very good and always eager to help.
A good hotel to stay. Staff behaviour is top notch. Close to sea beach. Food of their restaurant was heavenly. The room service was excellent. The rooms were neat & clean. The only defect is that none of the rooms were sea facing, although once you step out of the room, you can see bay of Bengal from the common corridor very clearly. In short we had a pleasant stay there.
Very good experience staying in this hotel. Superb location & very nice view of the sea from the hotel lobby. Restaurant 'Byanjan' is serving fresh and very tasty foods with warm welcome. Service is worth mentioning. All the staffs working in the hotel are very polite. Worth to stay in ' HOTEL ATITHI HERITAGE' as overall comfort level is outstanding......
They dont response when you want to book, first they demanded one days room rate as advance and then they will ask 50% suddenly. After that they will stop responding to your query. I dont know the owner or manager is aware of it or not. If this continues no one will book or able to book rooms in this hotels. Staffs need to develop communication skills first
We came here on 12/8/23 room is very saby and very small, not best for family. only one person can stay in one room . After cut off of electricity the AC doesn't work.. value of rate is very high for this type of service. The bedsheet are very dirty. I am not suggesting don't come & stay here
Very good hotel...the feel is very different in this hotel...staffs are very polite...service is great..in house restaurant is there which serves great food...bathroom is quite big in size and also very clean.. the corridor gives you the sea view which is awesome! The only thing... rooms are compact. If you have a kid with you... it can be a bit small... The room lacks a proper table for you to have dinner in the room...bathroom mat should be provided.. and for a price of 3.2k its average....also they an inhouse restaurant named byanjan restaurant which is open to all...food served is great!! overall good experience!!!
An excellent experience staying here......superb view ...super hotel... comfort level is outstanding.....food they are serving is just too good....so fresh and tasty tooo..... special mention for all the staffs working here....polite behaviour... specially a girl Varsha...in the restaurant....gives you an homely welcome......worth to stay in ATITHI HERITAGE
Decent hotel, can do better with a lot of things starting with the quality of rooms, AC drainage system leaking, and overall experience.
