Very bad experience with this hotel. The room service is very delay. If you call reception for any urgent work they will take 2 hours to finish it. And also you should call them 5 to 7 time for 1 work. My recommendation don't stay here.

One of the worst service experience with this hotel and management specially manager promises every services at the time of booking but once you book then they charge fraudulently. Manager told me that AC room but trust me AC was not in working conditions. My car was standing just in front of gate but 2 continues days someone puncher tyre. Lots of things are need to be highlighted but I would say in one sentence Footpath per so jao but is hotel mai mat ruko! This hotel specially made for honey moon hotel people can come and use this hotel for 2 and 3 hours with there GF. Bakwaas hotel! I don't know who rated this hotel 5 star rating, it means all 5 stars ratings are fake. Can you believe it's 2:55 am and still m struggling to sleep because AC is not working fir last 5 days.
