This hotel is big chor, fake Images, i booked this hotel through goibibo with 100 % payment done one month ago, at the time of check in, they denied to give room, because they are selling room booking in black way. Kala bazaaari chor no1 hotel. Stay away for this type of chor.
This is to share my personal experience with the management of the hotel Which i had to book a room but hotel booking authority was unavailable so i was told to wait for 30 minutes Still I again tried 2nd time after 40 minutes wait Still booking authority was unavailable and was told to wait again to which i again waited with sheer patience Total i had to wait for an hour and 20 minutes after which i gave up This review is for management authority Please take action to resolve this problem this is a humble request
- Poor management - Rude behavior of front desk teams - Dirty bathroom - AC not working properly The receptionists act like royalty and make no effort to be welcoming guest. if at all possible, I would suggest staying somewhere else.
Hotel is near to samritivan and good rooms
This is worst place to stay. I uave booked this hotel by MakeMyTrip. After reaching at hotel receptionist has denied to give room even room is available. He said you have to pay offline then and then we can give room. Service is very poor. We can say guesthouse service is good than this hotel. We have payed offline. But till now I didn't get bill even I have called 4-5 times. After showing my number on phone they are not receives my call. This is totally waste of money. Kindly don't go in this hotel. Also say to your friends and colleagues.
Had bad experience with the concierge as check in took a lot of time. Not very knowledgeable staff. It was also low on hygiene and cleanliness. While working staffs were good, staffs at reception behave as they are king and lack welcoming gesture. Overall it ticks some of good things too but would recommend to stay at other place if possible. The review given by Vaibhav Jangid is false as he himself manages this place and was very rude.
