Nice hotel ; excellent rooms with no noise from outside; quite large with all small details arranged with precise care; morning breakfast arrangement and the menu ; scope for improvement. Location is right in the busy thoroughfare; closer to airport.
Reception is very impressive, but if you enter the parking lot it is pathetic. Coming to rooms, the size is luxuriouse and well done, but service and housekeeping is poor. No one senior checks, for two persons only one glass, one cup and one tiny spoon is provided. On request the room boy brought mismatched glass and cup. The tea kettle had foreign bodies. They don't provide hand towels or small towel for wiping hands. Restaurant again service is issue. I suggest they should spend some money on training of staff and checks otherwise such a good property will loose clients.
An amazing hotel with an even more amazing staff! My toddler was absolutely addicted to their cute playground! Plus, their restaurant downstairs might be some of the best food I had while in India
Everything was well about this Hotel. Only the Network problem is a concern. Their wifi reach is bad otherwise everything is amazing. They have a restaurant in the Hotel having food with amazing taste and quality.
1. Hot Water Unavailable There was issue regarding Hot water, i checked in at noon 12:00 and expected a hot water shower which i never got. The following day in the morning i got hot water, they should make hot water provision for 24 Hours. 2. Food Food is average, don't expect great taste.

Uncooperative Reception. They made me change room twice. At the end Third room was in old building. Previous two rooms are also in old building. Hotel not upto mark.
