Positives
1.) Prime location- everything is almost at a walkable distance
2.) Parking available- as kumbakonnam has small roads and parking on roads are almost not feasible. parking is a necessity
3.) Lift- If elders are with you Lift is important
4.) Hygienic and clean- There are hotels which show good pictures but don't deliver but that's not the case with this hotel as it delivers a clean room.

1.) Rooms are a bit pricey but facilities were good
Awesome place and perfect location. The rooms are spacious and neat and comfortable,with a walk-in wardrobe. They have a balcony too. Again communication is a problem as Tamil is the only thing there. The washroom have a bit old fixture but everything is in exceptionally good working condition.Real value for money.

Pleasant place to stay, with ample parking space. Very prompt in giving morning coffee. Hotel placed in middle of the . People were very kind, including watch man & very conscious in reminding people to wear mask. Rooms were very comfortable & spacious.
Spacious parking. Hotels, shops, temples nearby. Located at a prime location. Restaurant not available due to this pandemic situation (comment posted on 08th Oct 2020.) Room service need to be improved. Polite and friendly employees. No grace time for check-out time.
Well maintained old hotel. I do not see those spacious rooms with a sit-out, balcony, huge parking space and large bathrooms any longer, except for few hotel suites. Obedient staff and in the vicinity of most of the temples. Also has a restaurant attached which serves good food.
It is good place to stay for 1-2 days when you go for pilgrimage to South India. It is centrally located, close to temples and market. It has a spacious car park. Rates are reasonable and rooms are well maintained.
Location is good and convenient. Ample parking in a crowded area is another plus. But for these two aspects, there is nothing much to say about this place. The room was not clean. The bathroom was dirty. Staff was not very helpful. I won't stay in this place again. Didn't try their room service or restaurant.

I had a delightful stay at this home stay! The hosts balaji and his wife were incredibly welcoming, and the cozy atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. The room was clean and comfortable, and the food they provided was a delicious touch.

Stayed in a family room. Location is convenient and the restaurant is the only place with some good food in the locality. Parking in front of the hotel is a challenge, but there's lot of space on the road side.
