Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. It was a very good experience staying in this hotel. The hotel is one of the oldest in Shimla but the rooms were very neat and clean and well kept. The view from the room was breathtaking. The food was tasty and in the staff were polite and prompt at all times. Thank you team for making our stay so memorable. Will definitely recommend stay at this hotel.

We travelled from Veena World - this was the coldest month and the weather outside was the coldest we had seen. My wife got sick the day we arrived and had rashes all over her body ! Hotel management and Veena World were very cooperative with us, or else we were about to leave the event. They provided us with 2 extra blankets. The food was good ! The location was very good !

I and my husband stayed for 2 days late October . We got a room with great view, very responsive service and free parking. Overall very clean. Also it was good to be just outside the traffic jams and noise of downtown shimla (near lakkar bazar/mall road) yet have plenty of eating places around.
Only issue was hot water was rationed with fixed timings. And our room was a north facing one so it was way colder than the normal temperature outside. I came in with a cold and sore throat, making it worse.
However we truly loved the hot water kettle they provided And unlimited tea and coffee sachets complete with cream and sugar. I truly took advantage of this service to beat my cold/runny nose. They also provided extra blankets when we asked.
I would definitely recommend this place but will choose a warmer south/west facing room the next time.
We stayed in Asia the dawn for 1 night. The rooms are big and clean with beautiful view of Shimla. Dinner and Breakfast was served in buffet and the Food was great.
During our stay, the manager was really helpful, firstly, he helped us get in contact with the HRTC bus control room. Because of which we were able to board our bus to Delhi from the Hotel itself. Secondly, he couriered back our 1 left out possession in the Hotel. He called us to inform about it then couriered it to our home address in just 1 day.
