This is my worst experience in entering this hotel. Rooms are like containers and small, bathroom taps, commode are broken, no foot mattress, no towels etc etc.. above all the staff and managers behaviour are very rough. Services are very poor.Only 2 - 3 staffs are maintaining this hotel
I have stayed there for 4nights ,the hotel staffs are extremely unprofessional and extremely bad in behaviour, they don't provide any service to customers, even after asking for several time they won't clean ur room or sheets, they do not do want to change sheets of beds and pillow covers, they will keep it for next customer, and even if you ask them to change, they will argue with you like anything, they will not change sheets infront of customers, they will ask customer to leave the keys for them while customers are going out, as they will clean up the room , but they will not do that, they will just set ur room leaving same bedsheet and pillow covers, They even don't take orders from Oyo, Extremely unprofessional and extremely bad hotel, I will not suggest anyone to stay there NO TOWELS NO WATER BASIN TAP IS BROKEN STAINS IN BEDSHEET AND PILLOW COVER TV DOESN'T WORK PLUG POINTS ARE USELESS, NO TOILET STATIONARY NO RUG ON FLOOR, felt like railway station footpath
No air flow in the rooms. no windows are there. Not any fans are working properly, Suphesticated rooms. This is the Worst hotel in the World.
Very pathetic service. The glass which was placed in the room was completely broken. The bedsheets were stained .
Amazing hospitality. Great food. Polite staff. Given the proximity from heart of the city, this hotel is a great pick. The only issue is room size but for the frequent Shillong traveller like me it was already expected.
Very bad rooms, I stayed in room no 202 on 6th may, fan was not working, wash basin tap was broken, geyser was not working, even tv was also not working. Hotel staff was not cooperating in all this matter, they talked rudely, bedsheets and towels are smelling. They took 2200 rupees from me for this worst room. I will not recommend this hotel to anybody. Very bad experience
I had a good experience and a delightful hospitality from the staff especially the one at the counter. I forgot to ask his name. And if you like spicy curry then u can have vegs fry curry for your lunch and dinner. Do visit this hotel if u are planning to visit shillong although there may be many options nearby.
The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city and the ambience and the rooms were good too, well maintained and clean. However, the service was the worst, staff were clueless most of the time and one of the receptionist was very rude. The basic toileteries were missing and when asked for tissue rolls, the receptionist outrightly denied rudely saying they don't provide it, no bathroom slippers in such cold weather, my feet were freezing in the bathroom.
