HOTEL ASHREY & SAGAR RESTAURANT - Hotel in Dehradun - Dehradun, India

The Hotel was conveniently located near railway station. They had amazing reception and restaurant area. The room was clean and with all the facilities one can ask for. The parking area was sufficient for car and SUV parking. The food was amazing barring a few dishes. When we were ordering dinner, the waiter was rude and the manager didn't bother to notice such bad behavior. We had to complain to the reception, only after which the waiter apologized. Also, the rooms were cramped up and the way to those was confusing.

Bad hotel in whole india , I was there last month and I really want to share my review , hotel is only good from outside and from inside all staff are very bad and arrogant and services is very bad. All rooms have bedbugs we booked 5 rooms and changed thrice but all rooms contain cockroaches, termites, bedbugs and lizards. We all people can't even sleep there one day and all payment was done before checkin so they denied to refund then we booked new hotel at bus stand that was quite good. Please I request you all do not go there

Hotel is situated at peaceful loacation . Rooms are old but its ok . We had bad experience as bathrooms were very bad . Dirty and moist . Taps were leaking. And 2 hrs before checking out toilet got chocked, we requested to use another room's toilet but they refused.

Owner misbehaved with our one of female frnd when she asked for water during the night time. She was alone that time in the room. When we try to check out they refused to refund and they threatened us that in that area all hotel are thier and no body will give u room. One of the worst hotel don't go thier.

This hotel is very old. It's maintenance is very poor even for AC room. Room service is very bad. Worst part is it's non functional washroom. Taps are broken. Showers was horrible.Toilet was worse than public toilet. Hated it's bathroom. Didn't like it's stay.

One of the worst hotel. hotel owner and staff has no manners how to behave with customer so i rqst to evryone dont go there and dont waste ur money and time at this type of low class hotel.

Rooms are large and clean, bathroom good, service is also good. Located near main market and railway station.

Good place for your safe and comfortable stay. I went to this hotel with my friends in New year. It was a good experience. The decorations, collections, maintenance, service etc were good. The staff was very helpful and cooperative. The whole place was neet, clean and tidy. Condition of the rooms for good.... Good Ventilation, comfortable furniture and clean washroom. The services were amazing. What really impressed me about this hotel is there collection of books, photos, stamps, currency notes, classic posters, old equipments/tools/instruments and old traditional artefacts. A Bullet bike was hanging from the ceiling. I came down to the reception in morning with my phone for the sole purpose of clicking numerous pictures of all their collections.... it was rare, creative and beautiful. My experience of this place is really good and I will definitely recommend this place. There's good parking space.
