The hotel is situated near Jagat Circle, around 2.5 kms from Kalaburagi Railway Station as well as Central Bus Station. Neatly maintained.

The person who is sitting in reception he is taking 2days rent for just 3hr late chick out , I have not seen any hotel like this, I think he is chitting with his owner and spoiling the hotel name, I am not going to recommend any one to stay there, if u want to stay first talk to owner not with reception guys..
Today I had a very bad experience. While coming from a meeting in the afternoon I saw my room was occupied by a couple. My luggage was inside!! Then I was requested to move another room. Room boys moved my luggage to that. Evening faced another shock My mobile charger wasn't there. When I requested for that answer was sorry we couldn't get it. The couple were already left the hotel.
The property is Near the famous Jagat circle, so expected much better. The reception is on first floor, with the lift being very slow and unreliable it was better to take the stairs. We were given a smaller room and the typical upkeep problems like faucet not working, toilet seat not clean etc was there. But now one has to take all these things in their stride. Since the businesses are now slowly coming back to normalcy we've to give that much of rope. The only reason for giving the stars is their restaurant is slightly better than others in the vicinity. Not a very comfortable stay
Good service at reasonable price, also resturant at attached and room service is available, well maintained washroom and clean. Air ventilation is good in non AC rooms. But issue in parking but still managable.
Rooms are not maintained properly. Room Service is average. My colleague who was in another room was provided with news paper but it was not provided to me. Bathrooms are not cleaned properly and there is water stains due to high tds in the water. Only vegetarian food is available and is okay. Even though menu is good, hardly few dishes are available. Pricey compared to services on offer
