Though the rooms were not bad and located in a reasonable place, the owner/receptionist was very very very very rude. He acted like he owns gokarna and treats customers like beggars. Very bad customer service, he doesn't respond properly for frequent power cuts, he doesn't care about anything other than getting money. The total trip will be spoiled if the customer talks or speaks to him.
1. Greate bed. Very big and so comfortable! 2. Clean room and bathroom 3. Good staff - very kind and polite.
This hotel is so bad . please don't even plan staying and the owner is a big stupid person don't even know that consumer or coustomer is their source to life.We asked him to give us some discount because of off season and he said that if you don't wanna stay then you can move away.Abd literally no parking space.And the boys working there were so good. THIS NOTE IS TO OWNER: YOU DONT EVEN KNOW TO RUN HOTEL BETTER IMPROVE YOURSELF.ORELSE JUST GO TO HELL..
Management behaviour is not good, they don't know how to treat customers.. Don't try to eat food in that hotel. Price is also bit costly
Cost is little bit high but taste of the food excellent. Especially Mysore Masala Dosa. 1 paper Masala Dosa is enough for 2 persons and it is worthable for the price
Worst experience ever. The receptionist was too rude as he behaving like he doing favor to us by giving a chance to stay in their hotel. Very rude. Room 304 shower not working, dirty smell coming out from bathroom , room servicing not provided us any help after booking... Food wasn't quality at all. For small cup of tea they charged us 25 inr. Somehow bad experience.. please sleep into the car or somewhere outside but don't go to stay in this hotel..
