Though the rooms were not bad and located in a reasonable place, the owner/receptionist was very very very very rude. He acted like he owns gokarna and treats customers like beggars. Very bad customer service, he doesn't respond properly for frequent power cuts, he doesn't care about anything other than getting money. The total trip will be spoiled if the customer talks or speaks to him.
1. Greate bed. Very big and so comfortable!
2. Clean room and bathroom

This hotel is so bad . please don't even plan staying and the owner is a big stupid person don't even know that consumer or coustomer is their source to life.We asked him to give us some discount because of off season and he said that if you don't wanna stay then you can move away.Abd literally no parking space.And the boys working there were so good.

Don't try to eat food in that hotel. Price is also bit costly
Cost is little bit high but taste of the food excellent. Especially Mysore Masala Dosa.
1 paper Masala Dosa is enough for 2 persons and it is worthable for the price

Food wasn't quality at all. For small cup of tea they charged us 25 inr. Somehow bad experience.. please sleep into the car or somewhere outside but don't go to stay in this hotel..

We called last minute on 28th Sep 2023 and to the surprise 1 room was available for 2 days. The property is located at Kudle beach. The Restaurant has really good food and you can enjoy sip of beer while enjoying the amazing view of the Kudle Beach.
