Hotel is nice. Rooms are quite big with neat and clean bathrooms. Beds are little bit uncomfortable. Very nearby to the main temple just 220 meters of walking. Located in a very quite street of residence. Overall stay was good. Services are quick. Bell boys are very good. Location in the best. Food is pathetic so please don't take room with breakfast please. Food quality worse. Take room only plan.

We books room which had 2 queen beda size of room is decent. Bathroom is also good size. Balcony was their too. Cleaning of room was also proper. What was words was the restaurant attached to it. Its not their own,its leased by some person and food is pathetic. Breakfast was ok ok but lunch was horrible. We ordered mix veg and every bit of it was server with just 30to 40% of cooker veggies in it Dal n rice was bad too and partion of rice server was very less

We booked this hotel considering online reviews for our 3-night stay in Rameswaram. The Good: [1] A clean & decent value for money hotel for a family stay with ample space for car parking (nothing available for drivers if you are looking for a room/shelter). [2] The hotel is located at a walkable distance from Arulmigu Ramanathaswamy, especially the North Gate. [3] We booked the quad rooms and they are of decent size including a bed, wardrobe, and washroom. Linens are cleaned too including bed sheets and comforters. [4] Food is of good quality with both North/South Indian dishes. [5] The front staff is extremely helpful and will answer most of your queries or will arrange them for you, this is the best part especially if you do not speak local language. The Bad/Can Be Better: [1] When you send your service team to lift luggage, once dropped they just stand and stare at you. I know everyone needs a tip but there has to be a decency especially if you are inside the room. [2] Before check-in make sure the washroom is cleaned especially the floor as previous visitors come from Agnitheertham there is a lot of sand (unfortunately the design of the floor style makes it even worse) [3] Breakfast has limited options and is mostly not served hot for buffet. The coffee cups are mostly broken or not cleaned when served during buffet or in-room service. Have to ask for spoons, glass and even if some items are over. [4] A lot of waiting time especially if it's crowded, please set the right expectations before taking the food order when not all the items are available per menu. [5] Daily cleaning of rooms is not provided. We had to ask for it, it should be by default or should be asked to the customer when they check-in. [6] When a room is booked with breakfast, what is the reason for getting the breakfast card daily? It should be in your system once room no. is provided at the restaurant counter.

Best in location. The temple is in a walkable distance. Room is good. Stayed 2 nights. Enough parking space. Service is also good. Had food outside, no idea about food.

This hotel is a 3 star rating. It has clean rooms but with minimum facilities. The staff is helpful and good. It has limited staff, so one has to wait for support. There is a mess available on the ground floor that serves Punjabi and South Indian food dishes. Big parking area available in front of the hotel. Overall, it was a good experience as per 3 star hotels. Recommended for families.

Hello Friends Staff of this hotel was not good at the. Time of check in they act very sweet but after that they become totally opposite even they charge more amount at the time of checkout other then bills they show to as. They wait for u to vacant the room then they act like this .Property was ok but not there staff behaviour. If u r coming from outside and don't want to spoil your plan like us stay away from this property.Choice wisely and plan your trip carefully.
