I am giving one star overall because it is the minimum. Considering the price the service is way too substandard. Rooms are dirty. Not even swept once. Bedsheets, pillows were not even changed, it was itchy. Behavior of staff is rude, I complained several times for room cleaning but to no avail. Rooms badly need cleanling. For drinking water there is an aquaguard for the sake of name in which it takes 10 minutes to fill one liter water bottle. They also have cunning agents who pick passengers from station and they get commission. Kindly don't fall for their trap. Only thing good about this hotel is location of this place. I had to stay longer in the city, but I shifted from this hotel due to the aforementioned reasons.
The worst hotel i have ever seen in my life. The hotel staff even don't give water. When we ask for water, they said come nd take by urself from filter. They don't give blanket. The staffs behaviour really very very mannerless. Room service is very very poor.. They Don't Give A Plate To Eat Food Also.. Please don't book this ashoka residency..
We went to the Vizag at 3 a.m. without hotel booking and came to know about the hotel by tempo driver, the driver took us to the hotel for his High commission. Room rent on the higher side. This is an old un maintained Hotel, room conditions are pathetic, bathroom fittings are very old. Service is also not upto the mark, moreover the manager and staff's behaviour is also very rude.

Their rooms are good but their behavior is a bit rude, they don't want to pay online, they just want cash and look at you in a weird annoying way.
During the weekend it is really busy. Excellent location if you want ease of public transport. You can ask for bike, but ask as early as possible. Rooms are just ok. Different sizes are available. Nothing great about rooms. Very good food options near by.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Cockroaches are everywhere in the room, in every corner, even in your bed. Prices are also too high according to their rooms. They are asking me 2200 for a standard small-sized AC room. After bargaining, they give it to me for 1700Rs.
