Website description via Agoda is from years ago. We arrived with the lobby area in renovation, meaning drilling throughout the day. There are areas that show some cleaning. Room is basic, in need of a good clean and lots of maintenance. Also feels damp and ceiling has mildew. Bathroom of low standard, minimum toiletries, very old and running hot water only in morning. A bucketful is provided on request for othertimes.
Hotel is barely passable if you are on a low budget but i recommend looking elsewhere.
Location is good, 10/15 min walk from lake and town centre. Staff friendly.
Good place to stay.
Service is good.
Staff polite and respectful .
Parking is an issue, but they do help you to safely park your vehicle.
The best thing is that they have good power backup and the kind of thunderstorm we experienced, it was simply great that the hotel didn't let us feel for even a moment that for the whole of Abu , there was no power due to numbers trees being uprooted, electricity poles damaged etc
Hotel is old. Rooms are not upto the mark. Size is ok but cleanliness is the issue. Location is beside polo ground..nakki Lake is 300-400 meters. We booked from mmt in 2500.
We got this accomodation as part of a tour package. The hotel was shown as 3-star. However, we were most disappointed to find the hotel to be unfit even for a single star rating.
We got dingy room, dirty looking bedsheets, no restaurant, horrible breakfast served in room, and a misbehaving manager on duty when we complained about all these issues.
Worst experience.
Rates too high
7k for 1 nite.
V.ordinary rooms .
Unhygienic.
No proper parking space
Most important your complementary breakfast where we were asked 2 choose 2 items from 4
It was just terrible experience..
V.felt to go for other hotel in future after third time in Ashoka..this was the last time.
Thank you
Definitely as per the cost that was average. However it is more or less for bachelors, If you are in Family please don't visit
Location: It is nearby Nakki Lake but in Slum Area, you can't go outside at night, early morning no space where you can walk
Service Persons are good not excellent
Third class experience,
No mineral water available,
The rate is very high and the service is lower grade,
AC not working properly,
kindly provide facilities to customers as all are paying for it.
Cleanliness is of utmost importance, and the rooms are very neat & clean. Fresh and Well-Maintained Linens. A well-organized room contributes to a pleasant stay for us
