Recently, I had the pleasure of attending a birthday celebration at ASHOKA IMPERIAL, and while the experience had its highs and lows, it provided a decent setting for a small-scale gathering. The event was hosted in a quaint hall tucked away on the ground floor, just behind the reception area. The hall's modest size was surprisingly accommodating, comfortably housing around 25-30 guests. This space would undoubtedly be a suitable option for intimate gatherings like kitty parties or birthday celebrations for children. The cozy ambiance made for a warm and inviting atmosphere, fostering an environment where guests could mingle and enjoy themselves. One of the standout aspects of the venue was the complimentary valet parking service. With limited space available in front of the hotel, this amenity proved to be incredibly convenient for attendees, eliminating the hassle of finding a parking spot and allowing for a smooth entrance. However, the event's culinary offerings left a bit to be desired. The food served was of average quality, failing to leave a lasting impression. While it wasn't necessarily disappointing, it also didn't stand out as a highlight of the celebration. The variety and taste could have been improved to match the expectations of a celebratory occasion. PS: I do not know the exact cost of the hall, decoration, food and other arrangements, however I got to know that it is at higher side than other places in that area. In this case, I would prefer to choose a better option which offers more by compromising the location.

Food is excellent quality. Indian non veg dishes must try. Can improve in room facilities. Should rope in airport pickup and drop taxi services

Good place for parties but a disaster for corporates, pls check your bills in detail while check out, they charge you anything one of my recent experience which I had highlighted them however they are not interested in feedback..... Firstly, I encountered several instances of poor service by the hotel staff. These issues ranged from delays in room service to a lack of responsiveness when requesting assistance. No room cleaning done, using the same bed sheet after check out hell of hygen issue, Such lapses in service quality significantly impacted my overall experience and left me disappointed. Moreover, I noticed billing discrepancies during my check-out process. My stay was charged for three days instead of the two days I had booked, and to my surprise, the room tariff was also included in my food bill. These blunders were brought to the attention of the front desk, and after escalating the matter, the billing was revised accordingly. However, such oversights are concerning and should not have occurred in the first place. EDC machine not working that the major concern who travel with cash in hotel. If you miss the bill they will charge you for water also which is complimentary 1 per day. I believe that a hotel of this reputation should strive to maintain impeccable service standards and billing accuracy and stop fooling customers, I hope that you take my feedback seriously and consider implementing measures to prevent such issues in the future. It is essential that your guests can enjoy a seamless and hassle-free experience during their stay.

Very bad experience. We had booked this for my son's birthday. No hygiene is maintained. Food is not good. Not tasty. Poor service. Charges are too high. They took advance money and provide very poor service. Suggestion: look for other places for your party celebration

I have very good experience of my brother marriage. All arrangement and management is up to mark. All other arrangements and service by all staff is best. Also the owner is also very helpful. Thank you all for your support.

Courteous and polite staff. We ordered Manchow soup ( veg & nonveg), honey chilli potato and veg hakka noodles. Honey chilli potato was very good. Manchow soup was decent, though there were no fried noodles in it which is usually served at other places. Hakka Noodles were overcooked, forming sort of lump.

Grate Hospitality and excellent coordination between team. Cake and Photography suggested by the Hotel also given a grate service. Overall great experience. Strongly recommended for any kind of celebration or event. Keep it up team Ashoka!

To be honest we had an excellent experience organizing my son's birthday party there . Staff was friendly and attentive , food was excellent , well presented .I was impressed by all of the staff within the hotel , even when I asked if they could organize for the evening they were able to arrange everything.
