This hotel is situated at walkable distance near Bhagalpur Railway Station. This hotel has clean and spacious room. And the best part is restaurant that has limited variety but with amazing taste and quality. you wil feel like having home made food. Room Service it little bit a concern but it could be manageable or it may be because of their room booking policy. Overall it came out a very right decision for us to book a room here as we were new to this city. They helped us in our requirements such as : Booking a taxi. Market location for Saree purchase. Giving wake call early morning. Print out our tickets. etc.

Trust me on this.. Whoever is reading this review. This is the worst hotel of india i must say. I booked this hotel for my marriage and the services they provided were pathetic.. They promised a lot and did nothing.. First of all there were scarcity of hotel staff. They served cold food to the people. There were not enough staff to handle the gathering of 200 people.. And the taste of the food was below average.. Please anyone don't book this hotel for any purpose they will just loot your hard earned money and you will regret later... Take this as a warning.. Their services are too disgusting....

One of the worst experiences ever. So much so that you guys don't even give water to your guest. Phones don't work, AC doesn't work and service people don't care! I am a senior officer in a company that is tied up with you, I will ensure you get no further bookings from us!

Better to stay here because from here all important places are at same distance, hotel is situated near Railway station n Bus stand

It's very good option to stay in Bhagalpur near railway station 700 meter only. Rooms are maintained clean and clear. Service is good. Food also taste good but prices are little bit high. 24 hour hot water facility available. Lift facility available. Overall maintenence is good. Reception connectivity issues observed. Neat and clean ambience. good service.

Actually we are travelling from Hyderabad to sikkim all the hotels are good but this Ashoka grand hotel in bihar was worst. In room ac water is leaking, They changed room twice but some or the other problem were there A.c is not working ,Fan is not working either too fast or too slow, geyser not working, worst room service, For giving one star also not worth, Really the worst hotel i won't recommend this hotel at all

One of the finest hotel in Bhaglapur. Good rooms and hospitality as well except room service Restourant.

It is an okay hotel (rather good hotel) for bhagalpur. The location is 5 mins from the railway station. Food is also good.
