Worth every penny you spend. Fixed price, 2600 for 3 bed room , spacious one, with A/c. That too 24 checkout instead of 12-12. Good parking , on main road, with attached restaurant - which is very good. Good stay. Definitely recommend
Rooms are good and priced reasonable. But service is worst. You call restaurant 10 times for orders, and they will never delivery it. You complain to reception, they are also not bothered to look into it. I booked 2 rooms. Called rooms service restaurant to order food. Called 4 times, didn't came to take order. Complained to reception, no action taken. From 9pm to 10pm 8 calls happened. But no respect to customer to give good. Finally had to order from swiggy. Never stay here. Giving 3 star for room quality and price. Forget to mention, asked to give a bottle water, called 3 times, it didn't came. Had to go directly to restaurant and buy. The rooms service person saying waiter on way. But never came. Nonsense.
Our experience with this hotel was below average. This hotel is located on Sagara highway and at a major traffic junction. Ensure that you ask for a room that doesn't face the highway. We booked us an AC Room that out us 1900 per night plus tariff. At this price point, you may think that there must be a decent amenities to experience. The room included two soaps, one bottle of water, 2 glasses to drink water. The bed had small insects on them, bedspread and pillow covers were torn, mirror were blackened. Even if we didn't expect a luxury facility, this was sub standard by normal comparison as well. The first day when we wanted room service for coffee, no one entertained our call. This was 7.30 am in the morning. We had also requested to get the room cleaned up while we went out for the day, but they hadn't done it. We were really not happy with the overall services or the room per se. During the checkout, we were not even given an invoice or bill although they charged us the room tariff with GST and CGST I would rate this lodging a 1 out 5.
As in restaurant I would say it's really bad.... we had to wait for like 45 min for our food to arrive ..... and even after that they didn't give.... so when we told them to cancel our order because it was too late they happily let us go... so I would suggest not going there
Breakfast was great. Bisibelebath and b passion dosa, tea was excellent. We did not stay at the hotel overnight.
