Excellent hotel with all facilities including bar. One of the fastest room service in this premises. Staff's behavior very good. Overall my stay enjoyed.

Service could be must faster. The food is just average compared to the listing around. Scope for improvement. Hopefully in the next visit.

Their hot and sour chicken soup has a really bad taste. Rooms are really good and room service is also good.

rooms are good and clean.location is excellent too.the security staffs are very helpful. but the front desk staff talks like a boss and talks as if he doesn't care about the guest . the same with room service . they simple don't care nor respond back to you properly when you talk to them.patheticrooms are clean and excellent

Been there for 2 Days. Having good infra, beautiful rooms, Excellent lighting and great ambience. But,the service especially from the Front Desk is poor and Pity.I believe that the man at the Front Desk is the owner of the Hotel Restaurant service is also miserable. Won't recommend for stay Dear Hotel Owner, please understand "A customer is the most important visitor on our premises. He is not dependent on us. We are dependent on him. He is not an interruption of our work. He is the purpose of it. He is not an outsider of our business. He is part of it. We are not doing him a favour by serving him. Although the location was difficult to find, hotel turned out good. Spacious bedroom and bathroom and looked clean. They can provide some more small hand towels and fill up the soap dispenser, replace the broken trash can. Small little issues but overall good experience.
