There is no option where I can give less than 1 rating or I would give negative numbers to this hotel. This HOSTEL not hotel yes it is a HOSTEL and is the worst I have ever seen in my entire life. The owner or staff is so rude they don't even care about the issues the customers are facing. Every customer had a problem and every customer is yelling still they are least bothered. They just want money from customers, once they take entire amount they are showing the real Colors.
Hotel location is very good. staffs are very cooperative. cleanness is also done properly. It is recommended to stay here with family. I have stayed with family and happily.
Booking experience was not good. We booked rooms from their own site but they did not keep booking because we came in evening instead of morning. We were not offered room we booked and had to fight and take other room. Hotel has policy for asking room rent advance every day and is kind of irritating beacuse we had booked room for 5 days. Location is good.
My brother's family and his SIL families had booking till Nov 4 to 6th. They had bad experience here. Insects, rooms lock and washrooms were not working. When they complained the owner she said "you could have vacated the room at night 3:30am staff would was there to pick the payment". Also, receptionist guy was quite until payment was done on Nov 5th. As soon as payment was done he is behaved rudely. Better shutdown than troubling the customers.
They allowed us early check in at 10 am. This was good to us that we didn't want to wait. Hotel is at prime location. So many tourist places around this hotel. We recommend this hotel.
Stupid unhygienic hotel. Don't stay unless you want to get eaten by bugs. Poor toilets and too many mosquitoes. Parking is limited. Only location is important. For couples please go for Oyo.
The owner is very cooperative and kind hearted.. Supporting staff... Location is prime and the rate for one day is affordable... It costs you nearly 1400(including breakfast) for non ac room... Overall the ambiance is good... Must visit place if you need to stay at pune.. Five stars
