Went for dining in had a good experience previously they used to not have all varieties but after presence of temple city nearby they have refurbished their quality and availability of foods. Pricing normal. Staff service can be bit better.
The rooms are very spacious and neat. But the service and the coordination is too pathetic. there is no reception for the hotel, we need to wait in the restaurant lobby and check with the waiters to seek the attention of someone to allow us to check in. There are no room boys, there is no elevator. The hotel corridor is not well. maintained. As the hotel is on the main road, there is a lot of notice throughout the day and the corridor and doors are too dusty. Over all, it just serves the purpose of a night stay with a very good room but cannot expect anything like a typical lodging hotel should be having.
We just went to grab dinner here while waiting for our bus. When we were waiting for the bus after the food, they did not even turn the fan on. When requested they mentioned they cannot for waiting? I was shell shocked with the behavior. It's not like we were free loading but ate our dinner here and did business. Not something you expect from a restaurant. The toilets are really bad and food was okay.
This hotel is in good location but door don't have locks. If you don't concerned, privacy & security issues then it's good one in given price.
The rooms are very spacious and neat. Bathrooms are also very big and food was also good Service was also good. But you will not get room service and no wi-fi as well. It is kindoff like approx. 2kms away from Meenakshi Amman temple (West entrance)
