Bad food quality. Use maida for roti making. Food is not worthy - waste of money.I lost my Google ear buds in this hotel but the hotel was not able to trace it. Once they charged me extra - there was a difference of around 300 Rs, total bill amount and the amount I was asked to pay ( I realised this later).. and many more issues...
Pathetic and absolutely unsafe to stay in. There was a power cut in the middle of the night and hotel has no power back up. The intercom was dead too. One hour later I tried to reach out the numbers on the website from my mobile and the phones kept ringing without a single response. The rooms are dirty with cockroaches and flies. The worst hotel of this City.
The location is easy to find, it's just left to the Petrol pump. Rooms were extremely clean and food (I ordered Biryani) was delicious. Room service and housekeeping was surprisingly very quick. And let me just post my room view
Normal hotel without of proper room amenities. No electric kettle available in room , no iron facility available. Bed is so normal bed sheet and pillow and blanket is so so poor. Food quality was good but you will have to pay cost for food more then 5 star hotel. As per amenities and other things hotel charging 3 time more cost. It should cost nearly 1500 only as they providing amenities. Hotel staff was so cooperative
Rooms were spacious and neat. Just found it to be more expensive than what you can get there.. no complimentary breakfast was provided which is really basic service these days.. otherwise it was a very good stay.. the premises is easy to locate and close to the bazaar..
Very beautiful place but the service is very low the food is very expensive the telephone is broken the TV has only one channel no one will listen to you by the way terrace has a nice view
I had a stay of 1night in the month of aug 2022 along with my family. Hotel Ambience was nice. Cleanliness was primarily observed. Rooms were neat &clean.Services were upto the mark.Food was scrumptious Restaurant Was Very Beautiful yummmmy wala food
I was here on business tour. Rooms are Ok but service needs improvement. No Electric Kettle or heater is available. It is mandatory during winter. Also service is poor. Calling for one bottle water in the night would be unattended. Given laundry and really i have to rush after them to get it back. Staying as no option found in that area
