It's only affordable rooms, Cleanliness is not there, if you are on holidays don't stay here. If you looking room for just freshness then only go. They don't even have digital invoice. Overall experience was bad.
Service and hotel is good but we have to ask for everything, like room clean, water bottle, plates. But on asking, a very quick, polite and good response. Very nice people. Location is prime and whole city is easily accessible

Centrally located. The service was excellent. Food was very good and prepared as per individual specific needs. Prices are reasonable. Bed linen was clean. Improvement suggested: There are no mosquito nets on windows, which means, to avoid mosquitoes, one has to keep windows and doors closed, which means no natural ventilation. The toilet commodes seem to be very old and hence stained. In general, bathrooms need proper maintenance.
Lodge is in 2nd floor of busy area which is not clearly traceable if you travel on your own. The lift to rooms is very small and no more than 2 person with luggage can go at a time. I have requested for cab service to go dwarka, but it took them 1.5 hours time to arrange for the same, while telling multiple times that car is waiting for us down, but when we went down for the 2nd time only car came, even the car driver found it difficult to find this hotel. However their food and service quality was fine. The price was too much for the quality. We hardly spent 4 hours in room and paid for 1 full day rent.
Nice Business hotel with neat & clean rooms in heart of the ciry.
Positive Points: 1) This hotel is in the market area so easy connectivity. 2) It has beautiful Terrace Garden which is well maintained with lots of greenery. 3) Also, Staff is good and curtiious. 4) Good Cleanliness. Negative Points: Since this hotel is old now, it badly requires renovation & newer infrastructure. Rooms are average with very Average infrastructure, restaurant is very Average. Since I was Solo to stay over and most of the time outdoor, only was going to hotel to sleep in the night and that too only for 2 nights, so it was ok. But if you are with family and if you have to spend more time in Hotel, I am sure there are many other hotel options in Jamnagar which are comparatively newer with better infrastructure.
This hotel is very good for those who are looking for average but Comfortable rooms . You can have a very sweet night at @Hotel_Ashiana just because of spongy bed especially for couples. Services provided here are also very good . Most welcome step for me is that TV is available here. #IncredibleGujarat

It was an excellent stay at hotel. All staff very friendly, nice services. Room and bathrooms very well maintained .Only one suggestion if you can show little bit flexibility in checking in and out timings. Overall good experience.
