HOTEL ASHA NIVAS - Hotel in Chandipur - Baleshwar, India

Just don't go experience I have ever met here.... Room staff and manager is completely rude and their way of talking is like we stayed there free of cost as if and also their body language is very very much horrible , as per room rent room is unhygenic and below category room is there according to price so don't go there, they are not helping and didn't cooperate which we need what we deserve actually as normal people, food price is too much high according to quality and quantity, which we need we said again again but no response completely you can say that they have not convincing attitude generally which is used to do in others hotel and they cooperate with sweet smile.....devastating experience

Hotel was so so. I prebooked with Rs.1400 per night. But insist me to pay Rs.1500 per night. After a heated argument they agreed. Room was so so. Balcony was good. Ac did not respond to remote. Cost of food was very expensive. Quality of food was good. Staff behaviour not satisfactory. No sea view. You can not control the temperature of ac. Either it will be on or off at 17 degree. Not much to do in evening time. Come at this hotel with not much expectation.

This is a worst hotel ever. Staffs behaviour was so bad. Food was soo bad. Don't go there. Horrible experience . Location wise fine. Otherwise not good at all. I will never recommend any one. Room tariff is higher than its quality. In off season they charged 1050/per room. There was a basin in the room which is so inappropriate and unhygienic and also looking so unpleasant.

Pathetic experience there service are very bad, room cleaning not available....thagbaz h sab. Please don't go in this guest house. Overpriced is everything. Even bed tea is also not available for complimentary. It is also bad for kids. We got burnt Khichdi for my 1year 6months nephew.

Worst experience Room is lower standard according to price,food price is too much high according to quality,quantity and taste which is so bad completely, staff behavior and manager's behavior is completely rude and they are not cooperate with us as an tourist completely devastating experience in my whole tourism experience

We had a very plesant stay. The owner family is very welcoming. The whole guesthouse is very clean and safe. The property is very near to the sea. At the rooftop there is a restaurant, where you can get homemade delicious food. Highly recommended! Thank you!

1) Average Room but price is too high . 2) Food price is too high as compare to it's quality. 3) Service is below expectation. 4) Owner is manipulating everything like room price , food price etc. Suggestion ::: I am strongly recommended everyone for not booking this room at Chandipur. Please search for another hotel for your own benefits.

I was there with my family. Manager (Elder Brother) is little rough & tough like a businessman and Manger (Small Brother) is very cooperative and familiar. Clear vision of sea from 2nd floor balcony and window also. Foods are good and not so much costly. But on night the cook was drunk on that night & food quality we got average and also it's served late night. Foods are less variety. There are aquagurad for drinking water and also geyser also available in bathroom in working condition. Highly recommended the budget friendly hotel.
