Hotel Ascot Inn [Prev. Hotel Chanakya] - Hotel in Mount Abu - Sirohi, India

Owner is very arrogant and no sense of customer handling! Room service guys was co-operative but actual property owner is so arrogant and dont know hot to behave with customer, Beware if you book hotel we are leaving because of Hotel Owner and Food,,Food is pathetic! THEY WILL NOT STICK TO THE ACTUAL DEAL LATER ON SO BE CAUTIOUS WHILE DEALING WITH THIS PARTICULAR HOTEL!!!!!

Room was ok but very small in size A staff member named Maganlal was only the good person Rest all others were worst worst worst . Especially the owner's behaviour was 3rd class We paid 4500 for one night and trust me it was not at all worth it I don't know how it's a 3 star hotel My reviews for the property Rooms - 2.5/5 Staff (Maganlal) - 5/5 Owner's behaviour - 0/5 Food - 2/5 Service - 2/5 I bet if you're an anxious person you'll give a tight slap on owner's face that's the kind of behaviour of that fellow

Would highly recommend this hotel, As you will get places near by, yes they don't have best view to provide but you will get best service,

Owner is very rude and having behavioral issue. It was very pathetic experience with the Owner and manager. They don't know how to behave with the customers. Food was pathetic and I would never recommend this hotel. I left this hotel due to the behavioral issue of owner.

We experience a good ambiance of the room with damn good mountains view from the window, and the staff was great. Thank you from the good services.

Worst hotel in the whole town...they do not have a manner to talk to the customer.... And even the amenities is not given properly... and even they fight with the customer badly

Worst experience, pathetic behaviour of owner and manager, they'll not stick to actual deal at the time of check out. Not recommended for stay.
