Arrived at 12 PM and went straight for breakfast. Loved every bit of it. Ambiance is nice. Good staff and our table assistant PAVAN was really helpful and nice. Totally recommend it. Cheers. Enjoy. Love to come back again.
Breakfast was awesome.Pawan Chaudhary assisted us well. Rooms were good but need more attention on services and provisioning. Overall a nice option in Mathura for a day or two.
The ambience, hygiene and the quality of service is outstanding. Food was delicious but special appreciation and kudos to Mr. Pravendra, his service , hospitality and professionalism is hard to find even in metro cities. I've been suffering in Hotel Arya Vilas since last three days due to pathetic service conditions and careless attitude of hotel staff and management. Fan didn't work in the room inspite of repeated complaints, towels not being changed, no toilet paper in washroom, an apple served in room as breakfast since breakfast not ready at given time, managers neither available to speak to nor call back...endless list so anyone looking for comfortable stay to AVOID this hotel.
Surprisingly really high quality and modern hotel from our travels near Delhi the past few weeks (for context, we live in the US). Would definitely recommend it Aesthetically pleasing on the inside, and clean. Breakfast was great and vegetarian/vegan friendly. Service was also awesome, and the staff were very responsive, prompt and friendly. Air conditioning and fans worked well, and there were no bugs in the rooms The entrance works well for a car to drop you off in a shaded/roofed area My only complaints - the toilets could have been cleaner. And there were a few brief power outages. Though I'm not sure they can control that
Awesome food and taste.The restaurant offers good variety.Staff and service are great and even prepare food for kids on special demand The breakfast menu could have more options Regarding the rooms-The corner premium rooms are spacious but other rooms look a bit crammed up however the construction is new and rooms are super clean. Overall a good stay!
