Went there at 10.30 AM, no items were there except dosa and poori. Waiter was a bit rude, refused to bring the tea I ordered as he said he will only get it after the eating. Even for juice, only sweet lime and pomegranate were available.
This is first experience here. I had dinner in this hotel, literally 2 people sitting inside including my self. I am asking for straw to drink juice, but don't respond to me. Staffs are very rude. Please teach them about customer service.
I don't know about the rooms but the food at the restaurant was the worst which I had in recent times. Madurai is famous for Idly but they ruined its taste by providing spoiled chutney. Staff behaviour was awful they smiled at us when we said to them the food was not up to the mark. Don't get fooled by seeing the name Aryaas. I guess this is a different one from the renowned restaurant chain.
Stayed with family. Everything was ok except for very yelowish water in the room. My son fall sick due to the water.
