Hotel Arya International - Hotel in Siligur, Thiknikata - Darjeeling, India

Room was as dirty as possible. Bedsheets were dirty. Toilet was not clean. When we complaint about it, the manager said that the last guest who was staying in that room has made the bedsheet and toilet dirty. They can change the bedsheet but won't be cleaning the toilet. So, I left the room without staying. And they will be taking payment in cash only and we won't be getting any bills.

Very bad experience. Room, bedsheet, pillows etc are very dirty. It was my worst experience. visited 2 years ago and then everything was okay. But this week I had a terrible experience. No service,No one receive emergency contact number. It's ridiculous.

The stay was not pleasant.Here are the obvious reasons stating why... 1.The check-in was not smooth.Had to wait for a long time as their room cleaning staff didnot turn up on time. 2.We had booked for a saver room but we were given a classic room as their other rooms were supposedly not available.We had to pay some extra amount. 3.No toiletries had been provided. 4.Breakfast was not provided until asked for(repeatedly).No such options were given. 5.IMPORTANT:While checking out i was asked to handle over the phone to the receptionist as he demanded.In the process,he rated the hotel without my permission and knowledge.This was not expected.Only a customer can rate his experience.I feel i cannot trust this again.

Its worst hotel i have seen before.. its owner didn't allow me to let in room because of there is some mistack with co ordination with oyo to hotel.and i booked via oyo..so he didn't let me in.its not good to its customers service. I will never ever go to this hotel.

Nice staff and very Supportive environment . Even my wife accidentally lost her Ornaments the all hotel Staff help us to search it and we get it back in our room. The Hotel has CCTV and they provide CCTV to us very easily . Thanks bhaiya and owner .

Locked in the hotel, no breakfast and overcharged. This was a nightmare - so bad we didn't know to laugh or call the police to rescue us! It took us 3 hours to check in as we were transferred by Oyo to this property - we then had to pay double the price of our original booking (still trying to resolve this with OYO) We were told breakfast would be at 8am - at 8am the entire hotel and reception was not only empty but we were locked in. Reception telephone rang out continually with no answer - we had to call OYO customer service just to get out of the Hotel! Had there been a fire we would have been toast. The manager here was agressive and argumentative, while he promised us breakfast at 8 - it seems no one in this hotel gets up before 8! No soap or toiletries provided and one towel for two people to share. Actually the best bit of our stay was leaving this place behind - travellers beware!

Room Service & Rooms are good, but the place is a bit far from the main city. Buses available in the morning but no ola/uber cabs at night. For travelling from this place we need to book local transport facility like Toto.

1. D person in reception is very rude and has no manner of talking. He never answers simply. It looks like he is not interested in anything 2. Rooms which were shown to us were dirty,small and overpriced. We didnt stay there bcz of staffs bhv
