Location is perfect, I was there for my office work . Good hotel for short stay .

Firstly, I feel pity for the people who gave 4 or 5 star reviews for this hotel. First of all, the hotel location was wrong on the map, so we literally searched for the hotel like hell on the road. The lady receptionist was very annoying. She said rooms were full but she said she could manage arranging rooms on the other floor. Once we stepped into the room, the room was very dirty and the smell was horrible. We asked to change one room and she changed to another room which was something better. They actually charge very high compared to the room conditions and facilities. They didn't even provide towels, blankets, toilet soap, shampoos or anything. They are just completely stealing the money of helpless people. We come from a long distance after booking in advance. When we come here, they tell us that we didn't even book any room and the cab which we hired wont wait for that much long. This is not at all a good hotel. In short it could be called a very low grade hotel. I think it is a 0.1 star hotel

The hotel was in a very terrible condition. Pictures are completely different from the reality. They charge unreasonable for early check in. No soap or proper toiletries are given. They just gave one towel for a room booked and paid for 2 people. No water is kept in the room neither mineral nor regular. They charge for both. Completely worthless for the money spent. Staff are totally rude. They don't even lend a hand for luggage. Never treated with such terrible hospitalality after paying nearly INR 2000

NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!! The lady receptionist needs to remove from her job. She behaved with a female customer by threatened to submit addhar to the police at night. Literally I had to left this hotel at night.most unhygienic hotel have ever seen... Don't go there. This lady will put you in trouble. Worst behavior and threats ever received from any hotel... Hotel Owner should remove this rude uncivilized lady receptionist who doesn't know how to treat customer... Don't not waste your money. Poor hotel facilities also...

Whenever you visit Kolkata please don't visit this hotel. Don't fall for the pictures and good reviews. We waited for long in the reception. It took us almost an hour to check in. Then they provided us a room with a bathroom with bad odour, no curtains, transparent window glass, people could see us from outside the window. When we asked for the curtain they somehow covered it with a poor sheet of cloth. The TV didn't work, blanket and towel were not provided, lifts weren't working we had to climb up to the 3rd floor. It seemed that the bed was made up of concrete. Geyser was not working, exhaust fan wasn't working, bathroom was highly unhygienic. The people at the reception were highly non-cooperative. When we called at the reception for room freshener, blanket and water they didn't turn up. This hotel is not worth even for free. I could have given minus rating if it was available. This was the worst oyo experience I ever had.

Worst place. No water in the washroom. No towels, no soap or anything complementary. Cockroaches in the room. They don't give AC remote. Stinky rooms and you can't open the window as it is locked with a pad lock. Rude behaviour of staff. Never ever step into this hotel. They have put up boards stating that food should be ordered in their hotel only or else a fine of Rs 1000 will be levied. Forget about food, even water from this place will cause health issues. We were cheated and misled by the photos on the web. I have added the actual pictures in my previous review.

We had booked for 20th and 21st May, 2022. When we reached our booking was canceled as we had not got the rtpcr test report. No covid at that time. Only this hotel was asking for the report. Neither were we informed when we booked through Oyo. This is the second time that we have had a bad experience with this hotel...Very rude manager.Most unhelpful.. We had to shift to another hotel nearby. where we were NOT asked for the rypcr report.Oyo rooms only refunded one days money. They pocketed the second days money.I suggest try some other hotels that do not offer Oyo rooms. They take you for a ride everytime.. Most unprofessional.Id give not a single star.
