One of the good budget hotels in the centre of the city, it is very easy accessible from Panjim. The rooms are good and have all basic amenities. It is a good hotel for a comfortable stay. A good option for budget travellers. The staff is very helpful.

Good hotel with polite staff. They dont have a kitchen so you will have to order everything from outside. It's best if the hotel staff updates the guest of the same.Best place to stay if you are in north goa as casinos are just walking distance away. You can also park your car across the road where paid parking facility is available.
This is my second stay at the hotel, it looks very average from outside, but it is very comfortable and well maintained hotel. Bathrooms, linen , house keeping all upto the mark. Helpful manager(Deepak ji), proximity to casinos are positives. They provide newspaper too. Only concern is very few options for breakfast. Any how kamat hotel is very near so i had my brrakfasts there.
Hotel is very near to main market of Panjim. Walking distance from Panjin church. Hotel need more cleanliness. Basin was chock. AC was Ok. Apart from Temperature other functions not working. Breakfast is very limited. No buffet. You need to select breakfast one day in advance. Near by lot of restaurants are there.
Hotel is Good for Business Travellers. not suggested for Family because they don't have Restaurant inside. They give Free breakfast and serve in the Room for that we have to tell them what u will have at the time of check inn. limited options available. Food taste is Good. Nearby Lot of Other Restaurants are there . very close to Casinos . easily Accessible to Market.
