Rooms were clean. Service was available all time. Also they allowed us to keep our luggage for free in reception area even after check out time. That was a big help.

Visited the place for booking. Most non professional attitude of the lobby guy. I was inquring about rooms and the front desk guy was chatting with some one on phone abour all the irrelevant stuff. I waited for 9 or 10 minutes and left the premises. Even then he never bothered to give a call...... I got the reply from the owner after 8 months in which he alleged that i went from his hotel because i did not like it... My reply is yes i did not like it.... First of all when you are posting a genuine problem faced by you, should it take 8 months to get a reply from the owners.... second and most important when i was inquiring about room your guy in the middle of it got a call and talked to i don't know who about all the ghar ki dal-chawal stuff and totally ignored a customer for straight 10 minutes, so why do you assume my leaving your premises has no unfounded basis
Value for money. All possible service provided by staff, Celebrated the new year with special ginger tea. All time choose this property special for hygiene and peace. Team!! Keep serve the best

I was very glad to end my trip in HP here. The owner/chef is enterprising and kind. The cafe may look unusual but it has a great vibe. Would definitely recommend to all, especially travellers.
