Hotel Armani Residency - Hotel in Ramapuram - Kottayam, India

Recently did my son's holy communion function for 100+ guests. Not to mention it went very smooth..we had nothing to worry of and everything was well looked after. Food was delicious Alphonse(manager) Nd his staff was was very helpfull meeting all our needs

Good spacious rooms. Large parking space. Rooms were clean, everything was arranged so nicely. Watchman, receptionist and the servant were very well mannered. But no in room phone service. Had to call the reception/staff through mobile. Had an incident with power outage when i tried to use one of the plugs for charging. Its a serious issue. They should solve it asap.

Poor and dated ambience. Air conditioning is pretty bad . You feel like being in a sauna all the time. Good location and ample parking . Also attended a party at the convention center . 80% of A/c was not working but they charge at the A/c hall rate. Big rip off .

Stayed at the Hotel for one night with family. Nice Big hotel at the village Ramapuram. Ample parking space. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. The hotel staff were cooperative and food is also good. Overall a comfortable stay.

Came for a marriage function from kannur. Im giving 0 review for this hotel because the food here is the worst i ever had. I couldn't have any food which i ordered because i felt it is not fresh and also worst taste. And other thing is tv is there in room but not working. I asked them about it but they said it is not working.the reality is they are not ready to recharge it.So guys better not to choose this hotel in life. I think they never cleaned this hotel after inauguration. So im checking out from this hotel today itself ..thats the only option.

DONT STAY IN THIS HOTEL... Well painted from outside but hell inside.. Hotel chair was full of fungus... table paint got eroded... paint was coming out of walls... bathroom tiles broken... BATHROOM fittings broken, rooms are stinking... please DONT OPEN THE TOILET TAP you will get fully drenched.. In complimentary breakfast, I asked for bread and butter... they did not even bother to bake it and also did not have butter... Hotel staff not polite.. My colleague had to change the room at night... High priced hotel... I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE

Its a good Property to stay, the room I had was standard AC , it was small but can manage , the beds were big enough, though it was standard AC the fan was missing so after a tired day back to the room it takes time to cool down as AC also wasn't fast but the stay went good
