July 2023 went very worst experience single 900 but they told 1200 with GST 1344 collected they can't give GST bill only give normal bill very worst hotel I ever seen
Worst experience with this hotel We have visited 2021 September also it was perfect but now Thy have tv but no connection Thy have wifi but not working Thy have phone bt no cnnection Don't have any restaurant service not even for tea coffee, No towel and no Shop,(i tk the towel n shop after so many time requesting) not even coming for room cleaning, if thy have something in that room it's mouse the sound can't sleep properly even thy are coming to knock the door for inform chkout time when k asked,why don't u call he said don't have phone balance what a hotel. seriously unbelievable experience, but location is perfect location 1800 per day we stayed 2days ,it's not even worth 800 if you ask me.
A decent place to stay for a night but a lot of scope for improvment. We had to call for ac not working and small things. Other than that it is alright. Was there with family and friends for a night and it was comfortable. Placed by near to bus stop and at the center. This hotel doesnt provide food though and thats one disadvantage.
It was very good experience at hotel Arka. Nice neat and clean. Reception people are very nice. Bathroom is very clean. AC and room lighting and other stuffs like beds are very good. Very nice house keeping staffs. In the middle of city and on the main road also so no communication problem.
A hotel which must have opened with lots of fanfare but crashed along the way. Never seen a worse hotel than this. At night all the staff leave. No one at reception except a skinny security guard at the gate. If you must please stay on the road. It's much safer in comparison to staying at this hotel

Worst rooms...worst service...vaste of money... don't vaste your money.when power gone no generator..no proper room service... every room getting smoking smell...I never seen like this management..if you give complaint no one take action...it's a three star hotel but it's not worth even single star...
