Badly maintained rooms. Dirty linen. No toiletries except a low quality small soap that too on demand. Towels were also dirty. Linen and towels were changed on request but replaced ones were also not upto the mark. No iron, no slippers. A. Cs were good. One ceiling fan was making too much noise to get comfortable rest/sleep. Walls, mirrors, furniture were not maintained properly. Even insects were there in the rooms. No lift, the stairs are high, straight and dangerous for the elderly and pregnant.
The hotel is not at all 3 stars as mentioned on google. It is not at all worth the money as per the service they provide. They even charge for water bottles and can't provide complimentary as they're charging so high. While booking when asked for room photos, they shared nice photos (may be when they've newly built the hotel) but in actual the rooms are not clean. Walls are dirty, rooms were smelling bad, electric wiring was broken and hanging near bed. Jet spray in bathroom was totally damaged and leaked to the level that it was of no use. WC was so dirty like public toilets. Poor lighting in room and poor wifi connectivity. The hotel is on first floor so the staircase is so steep and difficult to climb for old age people. The staff is local men not at all professionals, know nothing looking at them feels like where have we come. They say their location is prime but the area seems to be chhapri. Overall will not recommend this hotel even to the budget hotel seekers.
Worst experience. We stayed for 3 days, nobody bothered to clean the room or garbage kept outside the room. We have to call the room service for more than 10 times , then they come . Not worth for money at all. Very very poor service. Water was leaking from a/c so we were slept without a/c
This was my second time staying in this hotel rooms aren't luxurious but its comfy and the staff is really helpful they just smile and great you every you ask there help the stairs are issues but i think its ok over all good experience
Entry is Hectic huge double story steep staircase No written Bill No Restaurant but outside food service Good . Service good .Rooms Ok Ac Fan TV not up to mark
I can say one of the best hotels I visited... really good ambiance, nice rooms, foods are really tasty & situated in a very good location...
Rooms to be improved but safe for family. Poor light in room, poor wifi connectivity in room. No lift and not suitable for aged people due to steap staircase going directly to first floor. Aged people can't climb such high staircases. Good renovation in the room with proper lighting and wifi facility will bring good gestures. But very good accessibility for various places. Also a very good book market and good eateries nearby. Easy accessible toward Jama Masjid, Lal Quila and Rajpat Mahatma Gandhi shrine.
Very good Manager Mazhar Rabbani is a great host Please visit if location matter most Rooms need to be upgraded
