Rooms are very nice for a place like Damoh. Staff is cordial. Food is available with a little variety. Overall very nice place to stay.
Hotel staff and reception manager are all greedy. They charge tariff of AC rooms and then AC are not working. After depositing money they will say you can either vacate and take your money back or bear with room. Highly disappointed with hospitality of staff, especially front desk manager.
Walking distance from railway station. Well lighted rooms with AC, TV and channels. 24 hours running hot water was an additional plus point. Hotel has kitchen but no restaurant. Quick service and friendly staff. It is recommended to experience comfortable stay here.
It is an OK budget hotel, a bit unprofessional and over committers and lacks the discipline in the staff. Good, Clean Rooms as Hotel is Newly constructed. Room Service is good, actually better than expected after looking at the reception staff. Cannot plan long stays as marriage parties in city tends to book the entire hotel and you may struggle to find a replacement in this city. No restaurant. Lift facility is present.
