Hotel Arch Manor-The vintage inn - Hotel in Bhopal - Bhopal, India

This is wrost experience ever in this much of money. rooms are giving feelings that you are staying in a lodge. This hotel do not have kitchen so you do not have option to eat anything. They don't give you shaving kit dental kit handwash face towel. I have stucked here for four days as it's a advance booking. Not recommending to anyone. There is no water supply since last 12 hours. I got reply that Dental & Shaving kit available at front desk, and again I demanded but getting reply we don't provide so. Really a four days torture as advance booking.

Value for money I recently stayed here for two days during my official visit. The hotel is well maintained and gives you the feeling of vintage atmosphere. The set is very good and the rooms are very spacious, most important thing the rooms has both the options of day light or darkness you can choose whatever you like. Washrooms were nicely cleaned and recently renovated. They have the room service option too and the food was just yummy. Totally value of money Best hotel in MP Nagar

Nice property. The hotel is situated in the very prime location of MP Nagar Bhopal. location is very good and it is very easy to reach out the various points from here, since the MP Nagar is the heart of the city so one can reach various things to do here. DB city mall is just in front of the hotel. Rooms are very good and spacious. They also have a very good restaurant with old and rice feel setup. Tariff is in the budget and they also provide very good discount too. A synthetic skating is also there to enjoy a different type of activity. Overall if somebody wants to visit the bhopal for any business or personal reason then this is the best option to stay here. I have visited with my family and stayed for 2 days, it is very good place in terms of safety and family entertainment. Service and staff is very much help full and cooperative. Thanks

The rooms are small but quite good, staff is friendly and polite. Meal was little bit tasty and the Manager was untidy but professional.

on Nov-2022, it was very bad experience to stay there with very high price. Stinking room, leaking water tap, no hot water, I have not used AC but fan was out of order. No slippers, It is unbelievable that you replied without knowing fact, just check before reply. I have steyed arround only 15 Hrs even not a single day completed, how you says 2 days.... God knows. And for your information about your hotel, price and discount fixed at the time of Check-in, even your staff take full payment in advance during Check-in. staff take. It would be better to improve self after read review instead of argument.

We were in a suite room. I was surprised to see the room. No fridge, no wardrobe, no soap, no shampoo, no AC remote, no proper lights, no towels, no slippers, no bath tub, no kettle. Not sure what they meant by suite room. The room was all dirty with dust all over the place. Getting room service was such a task. Getting a spoon from them, we had to wait 45 minutes and still had to walk down to the reception to get it. Even after asking multiple times for a thing, it took them hours to deliver it to the room. During checkout, there was no service provided to take the luggage downstairs even after asking for it multiple times. In the end after waiting for 25 add minutes we got the luggage downstairs by own. It had a table who's top wasn't fixed. The moment you keep your hand it will hit you on your face straight. The TV was also a normal Dish TV with limited channels. No smart TV or OTT. Really surprised with this type of a suite. The bed sheet had a hole. Not sure what there normal rooms would look like. Services were nill. Phone kept ringing and the receptionist answers at his own will. Very very poor hospitality and customer service. Just having some space doesn't do any good if the services aren't good enough.

Would not recommend visiting unless you're in mood for some really unforgettable memories. This was one of the worst hotel stay experiences ever. I booked a OYO townhouse upon reaching the hotel they said the booked rooms were not available and would downgrade us to a lower room. The room they provided had old furniture, the door could not be latched. The TV did not work and they didn't even provide drinking water. The worst experience was of the rest room. The shower head was broken, there was no hot water (during winter) and the towels were torn. The food at the hotel was deplorable and the staff was non cooperative. I unwillingly ended up reducing the stay from 2 to 1 day given the horrifying experience and poor service. Unfortunately even OYO has gone from bad to worse so even after repeated complaints I got no refunds.

I had my sister's engagement at Arch Manor. We had a terrible experience starting from rooms which had a awful smell, cleaning was not done properly, no hot water in winters, poor service and slow management response. Dinner was served very late to all guests and that too cold, even after multiple requests. They just asked for 100% advance before the event, whenever we asked for any improvements to be done. We had to follow up so much with the Decoration guy for some minor changes in the existing set up - very slow response and not satisfactory. The hall had very dim lights,curtains carpet was not cleaned properly and looked very dirty. Resistant and arrogant team, would strongly suggest not to plan any big lifetime events of yours at this place.
