Hotel Arch - Hotel in New Delhi - New Delhi, India

I was robbed in the room when I left I left a bag on the bed. I came back less than 5 minutes and it was no longer there! I spoke to the staff and they just shook their heads saying there was nothing they could do. I just didn't call the police because I needed to catch my flight! location was not the real one mentioned in the advertisement. I was lost for more than 30 minutes, I sent a message and they didn't respond, I had to take a tuk tuk that called the hotel and they said they had another name hotel arch, now why don't they mention that in the ad? WiFi doesn't work and there is no hot water! They charge 500 rupees to take you to the airport for a 1 kilometer journey. Better stay in the center and Uber will cost the same price! worst stay in all of india!

I stayed at hotel arch for an overnight layover at Delhi Airport. This was my second time staying with them. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed, 24x7 hrs running hot water and a stable Wi-Fi connection. The hotel is located within 10 mins of the airport, making it really easy to reach. I ate at the hotel, the food was good, but the quantity was a little more than expected and even after asking the staff to take the extra food no one came. I hope they care about these things in the future. Overall, I had a good stay at hotel arch and would consider staying with them in the future.

Hi I am balaji from Chennai and I am working as a freelance tour manager to the groups for many country groups,at first when I came here to seek the rooms I thought hotel arch is a normal hotel like everywhere,but after I brought my group here I have experienced a very great experience and after finishing the tour also I don't want leave from here to my home immediately, so I stayed here for three more with the staffs here,staffs means front office,sales person,chef,housekeeping,roomservice,restaurant, particularly I want to mention few person name here as follows Mr.anoop modi,(sales person),sachin(restaurant),aalam(room service),if anyone want to stay in delhi nearby airport please don't worry about the previous reviews, I am very very happy to write a review about my home in delhi the hotel arch,thank you so much the team hotel arch,keep giving a great service hotel arch team

I am satisfied with the food they served. Rooms are average service is also okeish. Their food court is so small and doesn't have any facilities to accommodate large groups. Especially just for hand wash they have a small toilet. That was too annoying.

Best hospitalty and good service they won't disappoint u. u feel better

Very bad service... Rooms are small but neat and clean.. Extra blanket provided. Service is very bad... Asked for kettle , tea powder and it was provided only at morning breakfast time. I am tour manager and travelled with 26 guests including kids. All the guests were happy till they stay here. Need a manager there like arch plaza manager to deal with guests and provide good service.

We are staying in this hotel with my family .I feel best of services of rooms and restorant foods beverages staff beviour is good

Quite dusty environment. Quite far from markets. But near airport which is a good thing.
