On a busy street right in the middle of old city. The rooms are very good. Can't say same about the bathroom door handle though. Ambiance was nice. Staff are courteous and helpful.

Negatives 1) Rooms were provided on 3rd floor and lift wasn't working for the most of the time. 2) Door locks sensors were not working and had to wait for the staff to get key every time to get into room. 3) AC was not working for the most of the time and it automatically turns off very often. 4) Parking space can accommodate only around 3 to 4 cars right in front of the entrance. Positives 1) Hotel location is nearer to most of the Hotspot places. 2) Cleanliness.

We booked three deluxe rooms through agoda app. They allocated a room for one couple who had kid in our group which had severe cigarette smell. They didn't even care to check before allocating the room to them. Water glasses had alcohol smell, but the hotel policy says - "NO SMOKING/ALCOHOL" Breakfast was not provided properly as per our request. We requested one thing and they served something else. Lift wasn't working during our visit, hence they allocated rooms on the first floor, which were not upto the mark. Overall, it was a worst experience.

We came for a function and were waiting for a friend; one of our friends wanted to use the washroom. Though we requested the people in the reception, they disagreed. Ask to use the washroom just to pee is a basic necessity. The staff is so insensitive that they did not allow it.

Though in prime location, rente is very high, equipped with lockers but comode not connected to water pipe Very disgusting, we used bucket in toilet , comode not working. Room is Also small in size
