The place is good, huge open areas with trees all around. The banquet hall (Victoria) is also good with decent space and air conditioning. The rooms sare also good with air conditioning. The conference room/event room which they provide for sangeet or any small event is very poor. Its small with only 2 AC and very less fans which is not at all sufficient for 40 people. The stage is a temporary plywood one which is not fixed and moves if a bunch of people are on the stage. The worst part is the staff, not very supportive and just throwing excuses.
I am writing this on 28.04.2023 while sitting at the hotel room. Rooms are best in terms of space and comfort. Service is lightening fast. Property has good ambience. Food is good but prices are on higher side and they have limited menue.

It was my first visit. The property is very nice and has huge sprawling area. Rooms and hall are good and well appointed. Has a good parking lot as well. Since it is outsourced as it appears, needs more attention to keep the rest rooms clean and tidy. I wasn't impressed at all by the maintenance of toilets.
One of the pathetic experience we had. Managers and officials are rude and misbehaved with us. They would exploit your money in the name of 18% GST if you would cancel the booking in advance. I would recommend you not to book in such banquet hall. Check their decoration work before booking them or else it would be a waste of money. Also, they did not provide GST filing certificate.
They have the worst decoration for wedding. You have to book your own catering and tent and florist, as they have nothing included in their high amount plan. The hotel administration misbehaved with my friends who wanted to cancel the booking of banquet hall for the wedding. Moreover they charged 18% as cancellation saying that it GST amount. They didn't even provide GST filing certificate.
