Hotel Aramane Samrudhi - Restaurant in Chikkamagaluru - Chikkamagaluru, India

Came here for breakfast. We sat at the Non A/C Zone. It took a long time for the waiter to order for us, as there is only one waiter around. He was a little rude, considering that he was too busy. Most of the food in the menu were not available. It was disaapointing. I took the plain dosa. Personally, I did not like it. The environment was fine, not ambient not noisy, but you may hear the sound of plates rattling as they cleaning the table. It was annoying. Overall, so-so.

Great option for having a quick bite ,We had lunch and dinner. We both liked it a lot. Curd rice and peas pulao and baby corn 65 I really liked there .

During our return journey from Mullayanagiri to Chikkamagaluru, we made a pit stop for a meal. Upon entering the seating area, we couldn't find a table for our group of 8, so we settled at two separate tables. After ordering dosas and Chinese dishes, we waited for nearly 50 minutes without any food being served. It was only when one of my friends noticed that the self-service section had faster food delivery that we shifted there. Unfortunately, the person taking orders there was quite rude when we inquired about the delay. The overall cleanliness of the place left much to be desired, with plates not being promptly cleared from the tables. Despite the excellent food, the unexpected behavior of the staff, especially given our lack of knowledge of the local language, left a negative impression. Having visited Chikkamagaluru five times before, we had never encountered such issues at other restaurants. As a result, neither I nor my friends or family plan to dine at this establishment in the future when in the vicinity or passing through.

We were looking for a good vegetarian hotel just outside the hustle and bustle of Chikmagalur town, this was just that! Forest checkpost was hardly a 10min drive from here and has ample parking (located on wide roads so shouldn't be a problem for a quick stop). Heard the place has been open for ~3 years and has another premisis in the town. Coming to food they do have an elaborate menu with south indian, north Indian, chaat items, deserts and juices. We tried out plenty of tiffin items and especially liked the pongal, coffee and bonda soup (the peppery flavour's hit on a cold morning was amazing). Opens by around 7am and might have a limited menu early morning. Looks spacious and was really clean when we visited, both the cooking and seating area, so definitely recommend anybody passing by and craving good veg food!

Went here on a Monday late afternoon for lunch (literally not a busy day), yet no dosas, idlis or any rice dishes were available for that matter. They have a huge fridge for ice creams, yet not a single ice cream, shake or fresh juice was available. Ended up having Gobi Manchurian which was actually really good (hence the rating), but as a tourist in Chikkamagaluru, and after hearing nothing but praises of this place from all local people, the unavailability of local dishes on a weekday left me pretty disappointed.

Visited here with family. They aren't allowed baby foods from out sides. Here waiter was very rude and he didn't know, how to treat their customers. He didn't know difference between small kids and adults. Very much disappointed. I am not suggesting family people visit here.

Ordered veg biryani, and i found a plastic thread in it and also chillies were added in huge chunks instead chopping it very thin, when I asked about it the response from waiter is like "from next time we will ensure this not to repeat". He didn't even asked me to if I take other meal. Very poor.

One of the best restaurants which has a good ambience with best service around this area Taste wise its quite good
