It's a decent, quaint hotel located conveniently at a stone's throw distance from the railway station. most of the staff were courteous & the food both tasty & hygienic. Bar attached 4 hotel.

A good hotel I Otrapalam, Palakkad district of Kerala. Rooms are clean and good. Service is good for Kerala standard. Though tariff is a bit on higher side for the place. Only bottleneck is access road from the main road. Very narrow and totally spoiled.

Good place, nice staff, deserted place, excellent food delivered in room. They need to improve the hotel so the customers will feel more comfortable. My stay and service was good but you will not feel comfortable in a deserted place like this.

However, our booking was accorded step-motherly treatment (alloted the only cramped room located at the corner, without hot water, working sockets & windows) since it was made on yatra.com - which is the only negative point. Pretty sure that patrons booking directly wouldn't be given this room. Otherwise, most of the staff were courteous & the food both tasty & hygienic. Recommended - but remember to book directly.

Ottapalam is a location connecting Palakkad, Malappuram & Kozhikode. They know it very well & looting the travellers. You can find other hotels with affordable price and well behaving staffs in same location.
