This purely based on food service as I m local. No doubt food quality is excellent but I want to share pathic service experience. Today at 12:20 I booked food parcel through app as I m regular customer. Food didn't delivered till 2:00 PM. When I finally able to contact, I come to know my order is canceled, n I had made the payment already which was not refund also. They told me, that they will deliver food in 15 min which came after 40 min. N asking payment. When I show them that my money is not refunded. Then they start refund process as they were asking additional payment. After 10 min they refund, we couldn't start our meal as person was standing outside...one of my family member decline the food as this was too much late..horrible experience.. I paid more money waited more than 2 hours ..n we couldn't enjoy the food....

Had dinner yesterday at Restaurant . Ordered Chinese sizzler , paneer angara , chapati and 2 mock tails. Firstly, on the quality and taste , The sizzler was pathetic in taste and paneer angara was as if the gravy had been prepared week before. Even today morning it is feeling so heavy stomach. On service, you need to buzz the waiter every time for even water and onion salad or for repeat service. Would not suggest anyone to go and try the food. I believe it was also our last visit.

Another fantastic experience at Hotel Aram. The staff Girishbhai, Mamtaben and the rest of the reception staff were exceptional! The food restaurant Chandra - you knew exactly how I like my food great service as always! Naresh, Dilip, Yuselfbhai and the rest of the restaurant staff I can't remember all their names were all great. Enjoyed our stay.

I had gone to eat thali but sadly the way they charge exorbitant was not reflected anywhere in the food. Per plate cost for today's lunch should have been 50rs. They did not serve daal, kadhi and farsaan till the end when we had to complain at the reception; they did not turn up to serve Sabjis till the end! Very very bad experience. Not planning to visit another one year.

Worst food serving experienced..... I had to leave my table in middle of dining, to convey the counter that no one was there to serve a family table of 8 persons, Inspite of repeated calling for half an hour.,..just charging exotic of Rs.450 per meal doesn't work, atleast train your staff to take care of the basic guest-attending etiquette....literally spoiled our entire family lunch experience, as the entire family left the restaurant halfway , with a bitter experience ... I think the staff is not equipped to serve more than two people at a time...so never go for a family lunch/dinner there... But one thing I appreciate....even though the food serving was pathetic....the bill delivery was quick & prompt ( with no compensation)
