Perfect place to stay with family. rooms are very neat and clean. Really enjoyed the 2 days where I stayed there. very close to Lake Reception and workers are very responsive. Small Drawback is the TV Dish didn't work. Also, the food served in outdoor and hence had some fly in on day 2. Overall, it was good experience other than that!!.
Hi Team,This is to inform you that I'm highly disappointed with the booking of my hotel with you.There are cockroaches in the room. Towels are torn. And the coordination is nil as the reception is unresponsive. The services and rooms are highly objectionable and unhygienic. Change of room was not an option since the 1st floor whole corridor is stinking here. Also, could not look for other hotel at the last minute and disappointingly had to stay here without an option.I request to take an early action towards the concerned and demand an apology. I demand the refund of my booking for the same.Thanks,Horrible stay
Location of the place very near by the circle which is closer to lake. Rooms are compact and quite comfortable for family. One Mr. YMS Muthu who was helpful in resolving a vehicle issues with his contacts is an asset to the resort. His timely help is highly appreciable. Thanks to the team for making stay memorable.
We chose this hotel as it was nearer to many places most of them less than 3-4 km radius. Banu was the point of contact and she was very nice and attentive to details. The room service and other people were also very responsive.

We went to this Hotel on May month. On the peak season also this hotel had clean rooms and good service. From this Hotel Lake, Rose garden, Eco Garden are walkable distance only. But when you return there is a stretch which we felt little difficult to walk. We stayed in Villa, it was so clean. Only the draw back is food taste. It is not that good. That's why gave 4 rating. Otherwise would have given 5.
Awesome stay.. its very near to yercaud lake. car parking space is also good. The restaurant in-house has good variety and the food taste good. Night camp fire is set which gives good vibes. overall a pleasant stay..
