HOTEL ARABIANA - Hotel in Mumbai - Mumbai, India

This is a hotel hard to find in one of the best locality of Appolo Bunder. The hotel is on the top floor a dilapidated building & looks more like a dungeon with no ventilation or space. The rooms are really bad. Avoid giving this to a family & at best can be given to a group of students. The service is minimal & finding a person for assist is a big hurdle. Try hotels other than this one if you need peace of mind.

worst hotel of my life .. i had book it from goibibo worst hotel ever only one person in a name of staff ..who was also rude .. never ever come with family ...worst room ..unhygienic split of masala every where

I suggest you to not even visit there this hotel is like mental hospital... being there make feel imprisoned.. and the owner is junkie he stay high for whole day... no any sign of cleaning and nothing... just avoid this place for your good.

The stay was okayish, as one can expect from a budget-hotel in a good location in Mumbai. Although, the service is poor and there are pests in the rooms (found a cockroach and ants inside food packets). They mostly have small but decent bathrooms and small rooms with no windows. Also, they do not provide any soap and stuff. Do not be surprised to find your room AC's power cut off, as the staff does it frequently. The television in any room did not work. One room has roof broken at the corner, so you could be peeped at. The other room had leakage in bathroom. The staff was irresponsible, as the blanket and other items (soap, etc) were not there as, I believe, there should be. If you want to stay in a budget-friendly hotel and/or only want to sleep at night then the hotel can be a good option.

it is so unfortunate that i even havent stayed in the hotel still the guy at the hotel checkedinn.when i rchd the hotel after booking, the hotel was on 4th floor with no lift working.i used stairs and when i rchd 4 th floor i was just scared with the ambience. It was so horrible.2 guys seem like some goons was at reception. 1 among them show me the room. when i rch the room, there was no bed sheets. room was horribly smelly. I jus leave from there telling him coming in 5 minz. i went to some other hotel.than i show that the guy had checked in my room without having me in the hotel. Also the photos shown was absolutely different.PLS SAVE URSELF AND DONT GO HERE.

One of the worst hotel accommodations I have ever visited. Foul smell all over the property. No working tv, Ac giving hot and humid air, washroom too small and without flush tanks. Bedding is dirty. Staff not cooperating for basic needs of a customer. Tarif does not match the property. Too high. Rooms should be at Rs 500 to Rs 600 per night, but they charge Rs 2000.

Arrives sans reservation, on a pu avoir une chambre pour un prix raisonnable. La qualite de la chambre est minimale, mais l'emplacement de l'hotel est tres bien. C'est un hotel qui n'apparait pas en devanture. C'est au 4eme etage. D'autres hotel plus chers en mode islamique sont aux etages inferieurs. Junnaid, le manager, a pu en un temps record, nous reserver 2 vols interieurs, grace a son reseau, alors que nous avions des difficultes a passer commande en ligne, il nous a aussi accompagne pour une carte SIM, et enfin il nous a obtenu un change pour notre argent alors que nous n'avions rien trouver en une journee. Vraiment tres efficace et serviable! En resume, si vous etes en transit sur Mumbay, que vous etes en galere comme nous avons pu l'etre, et que vous voulez voir des personnages du quartier Kolata, tel que sweety, babymilk, doctor Rameyni, et tant d'autres, allez-y! Par contre pour des vacances bien posee avec le confort qui va avec, allez voir ailleurs et forcement plus cher. Voyageuses s'abstenir.

Worst hotel i had seen in my life. Bed smelling rooms, dirty bed sheets and washrooms.Fake photos posted on website. I booked 02 rooms tripple occupancy. They provide me one double and one tripple room. And the one tripple room which was provided to me, there was one sofa to sleep for third person insteed of bed. I check out on the same day. Hotel denied to refund my money and at the same time i called Make my trip they unable to assist me.
