Their food taste are the worst I ever had and too costly, they will not let you sit for a moment sir kuch aur lenge , kuch aur lenge , and at last sir aur bhi customer hai , aap bahar jaye

Hotel pricing is as per 5 star hotels for example 500 ml water would cost you rs 20. Food will give you bad stomach, waiter ,butler expect tip and serve you without a smile , they must realise tip is not their right , the restaurant has less competitors thus they are taking advantage.Would not recommended anyone , don't go if you don't want to spend your entire day in restroom , quality of ingredients is doubtful.

Service staff could have been polite. Tip should be accepted whatever the amount is given happily by the customer without making unsatisfied gestures.. Food was okay.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city and the best part was its food. It's very difficult to get good food in a small but growing city like Ara. But the food taste impressed me a lot and I can say it compete the taste of a big city like patna . Thanks for your hospitality Hotel Ara grand team.
