The owner's behaviour is very rude and if you complain about any issue, he will threaten you and ask for the booking cancel and no refund.
He totally ruined our shimla trip
We booked hotel and when reached to check in then they refused to give room because they want more money for the room . When we discussed regards this he abused me and said Teri pagdi uttar dunga .
Had a short stay and suited the distance from my work. The rooms are not the best. Would only recommend if you have one night stay and nothing else.
