The staff at reception was very rude and irresponsible .The AC was of very bad quality.The cupboards were also broken. Very bad hotel.I certainly do this hotel not recommend at all.

A yellow and white bungalow tucked away in the small lanes . This boutique hotel was one of the coziest places I have lived in. So cozy that I didn't want to step out of here. I booked a private room which was on the 2nd floor of the bungalow and the route approaching the room was like just how I imagine my own home to be. A white washed terrace with green plants and wooden benches took my heart away. You could spend your days and nights here reading, thinking and doing nothing just stare at the nature all around you. Walking down the yellow steps I fell in love looking at the cut little, able for two balcony. This became my spot. I sat here for hours together in solitude. The room was very cozy just like in the movies. The pictures on the wall made the room even more special with photographs . from whom I couldn't take my eyes off. The outdoor cafe is a lively place with a live singer, garden lights and few tables that make the space very intimate. I opened my laptop ordered a lemon iced tea and opened my laptop to watch "The Ugly Truth". What a setting it was for a perfect Rom Com movie. The staff is extremely corporative and makes you feel like one of their own. Although everything here is "do it yourself", the staff is very polite and keeps asking if they can help you in anyway. A simple yet a very outstanding place in the middle of this culturally vibrant city. If you want to have a calm and peaceful stay among some kind and generous people, Very cool vibes and the perfect calm quiet retreat from the busy city. Room was clean and tidy! We had the best experience staying here with Stay Banaras. Everything starting from their Welcome drink, hassle free check in process, clean and hygienic rooms. They also gave us an itinerary to plan for one day trip the best. The asset of this place is the location, ambience and a very very courteous staff. They are friendly, polite and respectful. Kudos to the entire team for giving us the experience we've always imagined receiving. Longing for more and will be back soon, Missed some natural light in the bedroom, but lots of other rooms had, so maybe just mine if it's important probably good to ask by booking

The Hotel staff is good. Hotel room clean and spacious. Good time to here. If we talking about food that was amazing but the cost is above affordable level

One of the finest hotel in this area. They have a restaurant in it. And it overcrowded all the times for its taste. People come from far for their food. Very delicious food. Awesome experience. If I visit back anytime, I will definitely opt it again.

Wost hotel Staff behaviour not supported Dirty room qlso towel & room smelling Not provided water bottle & soap, shampoo. I checked in 5 am & checked out next day 8 am prior notice after that charged 2 days When I requested staff arruged with me also staff behaviour is very rood. Please go to Manjit & Sheela Tower etc hotel in same lane all are good & clean according to Hotel Apsara.

The AC rooms are of good Quality. I almost stay every time whenever I visit sambalpur. Staffs are well responsive n have good behaviour towards the visitors. It have its own restaurant n it's food are delicious too even. Room service facility is there. Everything nice must visit. Location - VSS MARG, Near PNB Bank, Near Chandramauli Hotel
